Pandian Stores continues to be a huge show among Tamil audiences and is one of the few serials that enjoys a strong fan base in its more than two-year telecast. It remains to be seen whether the makers of Pandian Stores find a replacement for the Mullai character considering VJ Chithra drew a large number of audiences to the show. Cast and crew members of the show recently resumed shooting the serial on November 11, with the entire Pandian Stores family paying their tributes to the late actress.
