2022 is off to a great start for popular Malayalam TV star Mridula Vijai and her husband Yuva Krishna as the couple has announced that they are expecting their first child. Sharing the happy news on social media, the actress also along with the update revealed that she will be quitting her role in the ongoing Malayalam TV show, Thumbapoo, as per her doctor's advice. Posting a photo of herself holding a pregnancy test with Yuva, Mridula wrote in the caption: "Hy friends am so happy and super excited to announce that we have started waiting for the arrival of our jr superhero. Need your blessings and prayers. As our doctor prescribed for rest I withdrew from Thumbapoo serial, kindly forgive me." Likewise, the soon-to-be father Yuva also shared his excitement about the next big phase in their lives and wrote, "Am gonna be a DAD soon. No words to express my feelings. Need your blessings and prayer. love you a lot my love."
