Looks like Dolby Atmos is the latest craze in Kollywood. After Thalaivaa, we hear that six more Tamil films will be release with this latest sound format. Pizza 2:The Villa, Vanakkam Chennai, Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara, Idhu Kathirvelanin Kathal, Madhayaanai Kootam, Kayal and Maan Karate are the films.
The company is also investing in 200 advanced Dolby processors that will be installed in theatres across South Asia, which can be used for processing Atmos sound at a later point in time as well, a leading daily reported.
