Keerthy, who won the National Film Award for Best Actress for her power-packed performance in the Savitri biopic, Mahanati, dubbed also in Tamil under the title Nadigaiyar Thilagam, is currently attached to a number of big films.

Currently a part of Mahesh Babu's Sarkaru Vaari Paata announced to come out as a Sankranthi 2022 release, Keerthy Suresh's big film lineup also includes notable Telugu ventures such as Good Luck Sakhi opposite Aadhi Pinisetty and Rang De alongside Nithiin. She is also awaiting the release of Mohanlal's historical war film, Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham, while also being announced to be cast opposite Malayalam sensation Tovino Thomas in the upcoming film, Vaashi. In Tamil, Keerthy is currently a part of 'Superstar' Rajinikanth's Annaatthe, including being announced for the film Saani Kaayidham opposite director Selvaraghavan, who will be making his acting debut.

Reigning at the top of the league now, not many know that Keerthy Suresh's debut in Telugu was supposed to be a film titled Rendu Jella Seetha. The film directed by Ramprasad Ragutu was supposed to release a few years back and was inspired by Naresh Vijaya Krishna’s 1983 film of the same title. Ramprasad Ragutu's upcoming film has Keerthy paired opposite Naveen Vijay Krishna and was initially titled Inaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The makers changed the title to Rendu Jella Seetha sometime back and are now planning to release the film soon.

Although the reason for the film's delay in its release remains unknown, the makers dropped the Rendu Jella Seetha official teaser, which introduces to us the Keerthy Suresh we had seen in the beginning stages of her career. Produced by Chanti Addala, Rendu Jella Seetha has Naveen playing the hero, who is actor Naresh's son. The long-delayed film also stars Naga Babu, Posani Krishna Murali among others in pivotal roles, with the film's teaser surprising many on social media.
