The Malayalam super hit film, Ustad Hotel starring Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menen is all set to be remade in Tamil. Ustad Hotel was directed by Anwar Rasheed. Listin Stephen , who produced this blockbuster, has planned to remake it in Tamil along with Radikaa Sarath Kumar.
Vikram Prabhu will be reprising the role that Dulquer Salmaan played in the Tamil remake, which is titled as Thalapakatti. The Tamil version will be directed by Sathyasva of Kazhugu fame. Rajkiran will be playing Vikram Prabhu’s grandfather in the film.
Thalapakatti is produced under the Magic Frames banner. Also, the team has approached the famous Dindugal Biriyani to endorse the film.
