Resul Pookutty signs second Malayalam film
Oscar winner sound designer Resul Pookutty, who debuted in Malayalam with Mammootty's much acclaimed historical drama Pazhassi Raja, has signed his second Malayalam project.
He will be in charge of the sound tracks in Shutter, directed by Joy Mathew, who shot to fame with John Abraham’s classic flick Amma Ariyan in which he also played the lead.
Hari Nair will wield the camera. Scripted by the director himself, the film has music by Shahbaz Aman. The movie throws light on contemporary issues and will go to sets by July. Other details about star cast and shooting locations are expected to be revealed soon.
