Lohi's Bheeshmar to be made
Late Malayalam director Lohithadas' unaccomplished project Bheeshmar, planned as Mohanlal starrer, will be�made by producer Johny Sagarika.
One of Lohi's friends will direct the film. The final decision will be taken after consulting Lohi's family. As per initial reports, talks are on and the film is likely to start rolling by the early months of 2010. Lohi completed the screen play two weeks before his death.
Bheeshmar�revolves around a linguistic scholar Dr. Siva Prasad, who has many research students under his guidance. His main hobby is to farm along with these students. Like Bheeshmar in the epic, Siva Prasad too has some peculiar�habits. He has a sister and remains unmarried�since he believes his future wife may obstruct him from paying more attention to his sister.
Debutant Unni Krishnan, a�Malayalee from Gujarat, will be the villain. Yesteryears heroine Menaka's daughter Revathi will be the heroine. One�song was penned by Lohi himself and others by a new lyricist K.V. Udayan, a Carnatic musician.
