Four Friday releases this week
Get ready for some action at the box office this weekend. Four films -- Boss Engira Baskaran, Vande Mataram, Drohi and Tirupur -- are slated for release this Friday. Let's take a look!
Boss Engira Baskaran
Arya-Nayantara starrer Boss Engira Baskaran (BEB), directed by Rajesh M. of Siva Manasula Sakthi fame, is one of the most-awaited flicks in Kollywood. BEB revolves around a fun-loving guy Arya and his relationship with Santhanam and Nayantara. Udhayanidhi Stalin's prominent production and distribution house Red Giant Movies has recently acquired the domestic release rights of Arya's Boss Engira Baskaran.

Drohi
Popular Tamil-Telugu actor Srikanth is pinning his hopes on his upcoming project Drohi, directed by Sudha Kongara (erstwhile associate of Mani Ratnam) and produced by Gemini Films. In Drohi, Srikanth plays a slum dweller. His co-stars are Vishnu, Poorna and Poonam Bajwa.
Vande Mataram
Vande Mataram, the mega budget Tamil-Malayalam extravaganza starring Arjun and Malayalam Superstar Mammootty, is ready. Produced by Henry, this bilingual with 3D effects and D1 graphics will have Sneha as an Air Force officer opposite Mammootty.
Tirupur
Director Duraisamy's Tirupur with the tagline "The True Friendship", produced by Dharamaraj under the banner of Friends Productions, narrates the story of four friends.
