Congratulations are in order for Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth as the Tamil cinema actors are now officially engaged. The popular couple made the big announcement on Thursday, March 28, on social media by posting a picture of themselves, while flaunting their engagement rings. Posting a photo on Instagram, Aditi Rao wrote in the caption:  "He said yes! ❤️ E. N. G. A. G. E. D. 💫" (sic). Likewise, Siddharth too shared the same picture to announce the happy news and wrote, "She Said YES! ❤️ E. N. G. A. G. E. D 💫" (sic). Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth have made their engagement official after reports on Wednesday emerged claiming they tied the knot at the Sri Ranganayakaswamy Temple Mandapam in Srirangpur, with their latest announcement clearing up all the false rumours surrounding their marriage. The couple reportedly began dating during the shooting of the Telugu film, Maha Samudram (2021), which also starred Sharwanand and Anu Emmanuel. Both Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth have been spotted together over the years at many public eevnts, but had not addressed their relationships despite the rumors. Back in 2023, Siddharth addressed Aditi as his "partner" in an Instagram post thereby fueling their relationship rumors. On the work front, Aditi Rao Hydari is awaiting the release of the silent film, Gandhi Talks, alongside Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi under Kishor Pandurang Belekar's direction. She also has in the pipeline the English venture Lioness and the highly-anticipated Netflix Hindi series Heeramandi:The Diamond Bazaar. Siddharth, on the other hand, will be seen next in 'Ulaganayagan' Kamal Haasan's magum opus, Indian 2, directed by Shankar, which is gearing up for a grand worldwide theatrical release this year.
