Super hit Bollywood biographical drama The Dirty Picture, which received numerous awards including the National Award for the Best Actress (Vidya Balan) and box office collections last year, will be soon remade in Tamil and Telugu. The latest update is that Pakistani actress, who kickstarted a new controversy for posing nude, has been signed to play the lead role. 'Super excited to be the part of south film industry.....just signed "THE DIRTY PICTURE".....!!!' she tweeted.
Reports said that the makers of the Hindi version are looking at remaking the film in Tamil and Telugu which is inspired by the life of Silk Smitha, noted for her erotic roles! Apparently Vidya Balan underwent a lot of image makeover and hardwork for this flick we wonder how Veena Malik would handle it?
