Although their interaction was brief, this latest meeting between the two Tamil cinema stalwarts has no doubt come as a massive surprise to fans of both stars. While filmmaker Shankar has already wrapped up a major chunk of the shooting on Kamal Haasan's Indian 2, Rajinikanth's Thalaivar 170 is progressing at a steady pace under Jai Bhim fame T. J.
