South Indian heroine Tamannaah, who debuted in Hindi with Chand Sa Roshan Chehra and is currently working for Himmatwala, has reportedly bagged her third film in B’town.

According to sources, she will be sharing screen space with Akshay Kumar in the Hindi remake of Vijayakanth's superhit film Ramana, directed by A.R. Murugadoss. Reportedly, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has acquired the remake rights of Ramana.

Akshay will reprise Vijayakanth’s role as a college professor who unites his students and impels a movement against corruption. The Hindi version is directed by Tamil filmmaker Jayam Raja and will go on the floors by Janaury 2013.
