National award winning director Pandiraj, who made the acclaimed movie Pasanga, is teaming up with Escape Artist Motion Pictures for a new flick. The film will have Vimal and Siva Karthikeyan in lead roles.
The film is titled as Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga! Yuvanshankar Raja is likely to be the music composer. The film is rumoured to be a youthful, light-hearted romantic comedy set in Trichy.
