Karisma Kapoor, who got married to businessman Sanjay Kapur, in 2003, separated from him two years ago and started to live on her own with her two kids. Now, her husband has filed a petition claiming the sole custody of his kids. It is said that Karisma refused her estranged husband's request to spend time with his kids, which resulted in the legal battle.
The couple never filed for divorce, despite the separation. Karisma even made a comeback to movies, but it was a failed attempt.
The case is expected to go trial at the end of this month. It is really a tough time for the actress.
