The curtain raiser of CCL season 3 was a gala event at Mumbai recently. 8 teams, 300 stars and hi-profile cricketing action is what the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) will offer, this season. Hundreds of stars from Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi and Bhojpuri industries will part in this event. All the teams’ players walked the ramp in their team jerseys. Kerala Strikers' captain Mohanlal performed the famous “Aattumanal Payayil..” from Run Baby Run while Venkatesh and Ram Charan entertained the audience with their Tollywood moves. The biggest attraction was none other than Salman Khan and his rocking performance.
Mumbai Heroes, Chennai Rhinos, Bengal Tigers, Kerala Strikers, Telugu Warriors, Karnataka Bulldozers, Bhojpuri Dabbangs and Veer Marathi are the teams.
The first match of CCL will be held in Kochi on February 9.
