When it comes to casting a male lead in his film, filmmaker Ayan Mukerji always thinks of his close pal, Ranbir Kapoor.

As far as the female lead is concerned, Ayan has picked top actors such as Deepika Padukone and Konkona Sen Sharma. This time we hear, he has his eyes set on the young and energetic, Alia Bhatt. However, there is no confirmation. When contacted, Ayan refused to divulge any details on the same, stating that he is still working on the script and it is too early to say anything.

Well, it sounds great though. If its true, then one thing is for sure, Alia and Ranbir are going to be the next hot onscreen couple in Bollywood.
