For a change, Ajith's Vedalam has outperformed Salman Khan's Prem Ratan Dhan Payo at the Malaysian box office. Malaysia has always been an important centre for Tamil films. Vedalam has reportedly grossed Rs 2.97 crore from 40 screens in its opening week while PRDP could only mint Rs 19.65 lakh from 16 screens.
Meanwhile, Ajith's Vedalam has already crossed 100Cr collection and is going strong across the globe.
