AR Murugadoss' Holiday, which released this Friday, has collected a whopping Rs. 24.48 crores in the opening weekend itself. The film stars Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles. It is the remake of the hit Tamil film Thuppakki, directed by AR Murugadoss himself. The film is about a soldier and the mystery he unveils during his holiday. Akshay has played a military officer's role in this film, after a very long time. There are reports that the film will soon enter the Rs. 100 Crores club.
