Abhay is a ZEE5 Original Hindi-language crime thriller web series Kunal Khemu, Ram Kapoor, Chunky Pandey, and Asha Negi. Directed by Ken Ghosh, the series is produced by BP Singh under the banner of Fiction Factory Productions. Inspired by true events, the crime thriller revolves around officer Abhay Pratap Singh, an investigating officer with the mind of a criminal, who can go to any extent to solve a case. The first season comprised eight episodes and was released on Zee5 on 7 February 2019.

The series has returned with the season 2 titled Abhay 2 with Kunal Khemu as the protagonist while Ram Kapoor and Chunky Pandey will be seen playing the antagonist in the series. Besides them, the second season also stars Bidita Bag, Raghav Juyal, Indraneil Sengupta and Asheema Vadaan. The second season of Abhay started streaming on ZEE5 from August 14, 2020.

The first three episodes from the Abhay 2 released earlier this month. The episodes featured some truly horrific criminals where Chunky Pandey played the role of a Brain soup killer and Bidita Bag played the role of a prostitute who lures and kills her customers. Kunal Kemmu joined this season by Nidhi Singh, as STF Inspector Abhay and his junior Khushbu, investigate and hunt down these killers. Meanwhile, the deadly game unfolding between Ram Kapoor and Kunal Kemmu in this season is set to become more interesting. The team has now released a new trailer to give an idea of what to expect from the upcoming episodes of the series.

The new trailer for Abhay 2 shows the two new killers in upcoming episodes with some shocking scenes of crimes. Watch out for the season's villain, Ram Kapoor in the upcoming episodes too. He is giving Abhay cases to solve and helping him catch criminals in exchange for releasing one of the kids from the school bus he kidnapped. The game is set to get darker and grimmer as the Villian sets Abhay up against seemingly insurmountable challenges. Can Abhay overcome these challenges on the road to justice?
