Veteran writer-actor Tanikella Bharani was felicitated by TANA during the audio launch of Tanikella's debut directorial venture Mithunam. The facilitation ceremony was held on April 1 at Dallas in USA in association with TANTEX, NATA, ATA and IANT.
Challa Rajeshwari was the anchor for the show. Manjula Kanneganti invited all the guests and TANA president Totakura Prasad introduced Tanikella to the guests. Music director Veenapani was also present.
Mithunam is based on a short story written by renowned writer Sri Ramana. Starring renowned singer SP Balasubramaniam and Lakshmi in the lead, it revolves around an old couple. The film is expected to be released in last week of May or June first week.
