Let the celebrations begin! The six-year-long friendship between Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni will reach its culmination on June 14 with their spectacular wedding at Hyderabad International Convention Center. The auspicious muhurtham is at 7.30 AM and will be a quiet affair witnessed by the couple’s close friends and family.
The bride will adorn a gorgeous Kanjeevaram sari look designed by Tarun Tahiliani, while the rest of her family will wear exclusive designs by Anamika Khanna. The groom’s family will be seen in eclectic creations by Rajesh Pratap Singh.
The wedding will be followed by a grand reception hosted by Chiranjeevi with a guest list that includes Rajnikanth, Kamal Haasan and other film stars. A reception for the fans will be hosted in Himayath Nagar on June 15.
On June 12, the couple held a special puja and an elaborate religious ceremony at the Domakonda fort, where they have invited around 300 villagers to participate. They distributed saris to all the villagers present during the rituals.
