Upcoming Telugu actress Bindu Madhavi, who impressed�Telugu audiences with her Telugu diction in her debut film Avakkaya Biryani, will play the female lead in a film tentatively titled Shoot, being directed by Raju Rajendra Prasad of Konchem Kottaga fame.
Bindu Madhavi plays the role of a Telugu NRI girl who returns to Andhra Pradesh from the US. Touted to be based on real-life incidents, the film is produced by V. Nagendar under the banner of Prakash V. Productions. It marks the debut of another new face Praveen to Tollywood.
It has Jayaprakash Reddy, Chalapathi Rao and M.S. Narayana Rao in key roles. Camera is by P.S. Vamsi Krishna, editing is by Anirudra and art is by Rama Krishna. The flick is scheduled to hit the floors soon and a formal announcement is awaited.
Bindu Madhavi is currently getting many offers and has also managed to bag a meaty role in a film to be directed by Puri Jagannath with his brother Sai Ram Shankar as the male lead. More details about this project are awaited.
