Namitha prefers lead roles
It is said that actress Namitha has been rejecting innumerable item song offers these days. She says that she prefers glamorous lead roles to short breezy roles like item songs though they are lucrative.
Namitha, who is busy with Jagan Mohini, Perumaal, and Indhira Vizha, did cameo roles in Azhagiya Tamizh Magan and Billa. Though she hogged the limelight in these cameo roles, she has decided to stop doing such roles. She is apprehensive that such cameo roles might tarnish her image; at present, Namitha is one of the frontline heroines of Kollywood.
