Malayalam superstar Mohanlal has grabbed the Kerala theatrical rights of Superstar Rajinikanth's long-awaited Kabali. The actor's Maxlabs will release the film in the state and reportedly he has grabbed the rights for a whopping 8.5 Cr.
However, there is a buzz that the film's release might be postponed again from July 15 to 22. Produced by Thanu and directed by Ranjith, Santosh Narayanan is the music director of this gangster saga. The movie teaser has already broken all the records to become India's most watched video. The 2.0 star appears as an aging don in this gangster film, with his retro 80s and 90s looks and trademark hairstyle of that era.
