All of a sudden everyone seems to talking of Ajith's Billa 2, after all that is what we call as Thala mania.The theatrical rights of the film was brought by Aascar Ravichandran for an whopping Rs 24 crore, the highest ever for any Ajith film. And now it looks like the film, directed by Chakri Toleti, will hit screens on June 8 or June 15. Music composed by Yuvanshanka Raja was released directly in the market on Ajith's birthday (May 1). Now the latest is that a theatrical trailer will be released on June 1 and the film will be censored soon. Meanwhile the Telugu audio release of the film is scheduled on May 26, 2012.
The star cast also includes Parvathy Omanakuttan, Bruna Abdullah and Vidyut Jamwal in leading roles. The film is produced by Wide Angle Creations in association with the Hinduja Group company IN Entertainment. The technical team consists of Yuvanshankar Raja (music), R.D. Chandrasekhar (camera), Suresh Urs (editing) and Na. Muthukumar (lyrics).
