Karthi's Saguni might have received mixed reviews but that has not stopped the actor from working from his new film, Alex Pandian, directed by Suraaj. Anushka, Nikitha, Akanshka Puri and Sanusha will also play an important role in this flick. Recently there were reports that the shooting of the film was disrupted because of Anushka's hectic schedule for Selvaraghavan's Irandaam Ulagam.
The film will be a big budget action flick and there will be lots of high voltage action sequence in it. The producer has now revealed the release date for the film — October 12! The film is produced by K.E. Gnanavelraja under his home banner Studio Green and Santhanam will play a prominent role in the film. The technical team comprises of Devi Sri Prasad (music), Saravanan (camera), Praveen Srikanth (editing), Ganesh Kumar (stunt) and Prabakar (art).
