Learning lessons from the financial losses suffered from simultaneous release of big films in the past, Tollywood producers have been taking every step with precaution for the last several years and in some circumstances, they've even gone for last minute release date change!

Contrary to the trend, the makers of Ravi Teja's Devudu Chesina Manushulu and Allu Arjun's Julayi have decided to release their films in the week! Devudu Chesina Manushulu, directed by Puri Jagannath and produced by BVNS Prasad, is scheduled to hit the screens on August 8, while Julayi, directed by Trivikram Srinivas and produced by DVV Danaiah, will grace the screen on August 9.

Interestingly, both are romantic films by two major stars in Tollywood and directed by very popular and most successful directors in the South. Besides, Ileana is the heroine of both films. Insiders say that since both films are releasing in the same weekend, the movie buffs are sure to be split between the two, resulting in a possible drop in the collections.
