Ram-Hansika to pair up in B. Gopal's direction
Popular director B. Gopal took a break of almost two years after his last film, Narasimhudu. Now he is to wield the megaphone for a film to be produced by M.S. Raju under Sumanth Art Productions banner. It is learnt that Ram of Devadasu fame and Hansika of Desamuduru fame form the lead pair.
The film is most likely to begin production from May 25. Speaking at the mahurat, producer MS Raju said, “Director B. Gopal accompanied a writer, Surya, who narrated the story to me. I liked it and thought that the story needed a brilliant and sharp hero. Immediately, Ram’s name came to my mind. In fact, it was me who was to have introduced Ram as hero under our banner, but opportunity knocked on his door in the form of Devadasu.” There is also another heroine alongside Hansika, who is yet to be selected.
Paruchuri Brothers will pen the dialogues.
