After his much acclaimed Dhoni, multitalented Prakashraj is all set to don the director’s hat once again with the remake of Malayalam super hit Salt N’ Pepper.
The movie will be made simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. While Prakashraj himself will play the lead, Tabu has been roped in to play the female lead. The Telugu version has been titled Ulavacharu Biriyani, titles for the Tamil and Hindi versions are yet to be finalized.
Prakashraj himself will produce the movie under his banner Duet Movies. Shooting is expected to begin early next year. “I was thoroughly impressed watching Salt N’ Pepper and immediately decided to remake it.” Prakashraj said. Music maestro Ilaiyaraaja will score the music.
