Manjula, Charmi, Shashank in Kavya's Diary

Manjula, Charmi and Shashank will be starring in Kavya's Diary to be produced by Manjula's husband Sanjay Swarup under his Indira Productions banner. Currently, shooting is in brisk progress and the film is planned for a January 14th release. V.K. Prakash is directing this thrilling entertainer.

The cast and crew of Kavya's Diary got together for a press meet recently where they spoke about their experiences working in the film. Director V.K. Prakash said this movie had a lot of family values coupled with the feel-good factor. “It is an entertaining and thrilling film,” he concluded. Actress Manjula stated, “We've put in lots of efforts into Kavya’s Dairy and we are confident it will be a different film laced with commercial elements.”

Charmi, who has a pivotal role in the film, said, “The director has given me good scope to use my eyes to emote. The credit for my performance�goes to him. The director edited the movie online and it was an enjoyable and different kind of experience.”

Actor Shashank said, “My role of an active and bubbly youngster is different from my earlier roles. I could see amazing coordination between the director, cameraman and editor. Vamsi has written the dialogues and story in a wonderful manner. We are sure that�the audio will become a big hit.”

Manu Ramesan has composed some immensely catchy tunes with a Telugu touch. Shyam Datt is the cinematographer. This is the second time that Manjula, Charmi and Shashank have got together for a movie; the first time was in�Anukokunda Oka Roju, which was a�'sleeper hit' (meaning a sluggish start�picking up popularity later).
