Popular Tamil actor Kavin is a happy man these days and now has one more reason to feel joyous as he has announced his next big film. The star took to social media on Sunday, August 27, to reveal that he is joining hands for a film with young filmmaker Elan, who impressed Tamil cinema audiences in his directorial debut, Pyaar Prema Kaadhal (2018), and will feature music by celebrated composer Yuvan Shankar Raja. Kavin surprised fans with the announcement of his next film along with a picture of Elan and Yuvan, who tasted blockbuster success with their Pyaar Prema Kaadhal and the duo will be looking to come out firing on all cylinders this time too in their new collaboration.

Taking to Twitter, Kavin shared writer J. M. Storm's quote, "The universe always falls in love with a stubborn heart", while expressing happiness at teaming up with Elan and Yuvan. The upcoming film being produced by Sagar Pentela's Rise East Entertainment and B. V. S. N. Prasad's Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra banners will have its title revealed on Monday, August 28, at 6 p.m. The Kavin, Elan, and Yuvan project includes a talented technical team onboard starting with cinematographer Ezhil, editor Pradeep E Ragav, art director Vinoth Rajkumar, and costume designer Sujith Sudhakaran, with the rest of the cast and crew expected to be revealed soon.

There is considerable excitement surrounding Kavin's new film since it is the Bigg Boss star's first venture after his wedding to long-time girlfriend Monicka David earlier this week. Likewise, it is his second big film announcement of 2023 after he shared the news of a project being made under producer Raahul's Romeo Pictures banner sometime back, which marks choreographer Sathish Krishnan's directorial debut and will feature music by 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander.
