Vijay Sethupathi is a talented and well-known actor who has recently began acting in Bollywood films. Recently, he acted in Vetri Maaran's Viduthalai Part: 1 and has many anticipated films in-line including Merry Christmas, Jawan, Viduthalai Part: 2 and others. A long-awaited film of the actor is Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir. The film was first set to release in December 2023 and now, the makers have announced that it will release on May 19, 2023. The audio of the film was launched yesterday by Kamal Haasan. The pictures from the audio Launch have become viral on social media. Apart from Vijay Sethupathi, Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir has a huge star cast including Megha Akash, director of the upcoming Ajith Kumar film Magizh Thirumeni, director Mohan Raja, Ragu Aditya, Riythvika, Kaniha, Karu Pazhaniappan and other in important roles. It's directed by Venkata Krishna Roghanth who has worked in films like Peranmai and Purambokku Engira Podhuvudaimai. The film has music composed by Nivas K Prasanna who has worked with the actor in the film Sethupathi. The teaser of the film was initially released in 2021 and featured the late actor and popular comedian Vivek. It is unclear if the actor will appear in the movie posthumously. The film is bankrolled by the banner Chandaraa Arts

Vijay Sethupathi worked with Kamal Haasan previously in the blockbuster hit film of last year Vikram. The actor played the antagonist in the movie directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The audio launch of the event looks to have taken play at Kamal Haasan’s office. The first single from the movie was was titled Muruga and featured actor Silambarasan TR. Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir is set to release on May 19.
