Two-time National Award-winning actor Dhanush will be kicking off 2024 with the highly-anticipated Captain Miller coming out in theatres worldwide as a grand Pongal release in January. The period action adventure film directed by Arun Matheswaran of Rocky (2021) and Saani Kaayidham (2022) fame features youth sensation Priyanka Arul Mohan as the female lead, and will also be out in Telugu and Hindi languages. With less than a month left for Captain Miller to arrive on the big screen, the second single 'Un Oliyile' from the much-awaited film has now been released giving fans a glimpse at the romance between Dhanush and Priyanka Mohan.
Composed by National Award winner G. V. Prakash Kumar, the Captain Miller second single 'Un Oliyile' picturized on Dhanush and Priyanka Mohan has been sung by music director Sean Roldan to the lyrics penned by Kaber Vasuki. The song is a soulful number and hints at a sweet romance between the characters portrayed by the two lead stars, with GV Prakash's magical touch once again coming to the fore. The Captain Miller second single 'Un Oliyile' is now out a month after the smash hit track 'Killer Killer' sung by Dhanush was released and garnered a powerful response.
With the 'Killer Killer' and 'Un Oliyile' tracks now out, the wait is now on for the Captain Miller audio launch announcement in the days ahead as fans look forward to witnessing Dhanush once again take to the stage after his last big appearance during the promotions for the blockbuster Vaathi earlier this year. The upcoming film will see the Vada Chennai star and Priyanka Arul Mohan sharing screen space with Kannada superstar and Jailer fame Dr. Shivarajkumar, who has been cast in a crucial role. The supporting cast of Captain Miller also includes Maanagaram star Sundeep Kishan, Merku Thodarchi Malai hero Antony, Sillu Karuppatti actress Nivedhithaa Sathish, Thunivu villain John Kokken, and Malayalam actor Moor appearing in pivotal roles.
