Early this morning (Nov 4), popular editor Kola Bhaskar passed away and his demise has come as a shocker for the Tamil and Telugu film industries. According to reports, Kola Bhaskar was suffering from throat cancer for the past few years and he breathed his last this morning while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad. Kola Bhaskar was a regular member of director Selvaraghavan's movies and the duo have worked together in films like 7G Rainbow Colony, Pudhupettai, Aayirathil Oruvan, Mayakkam Enna, Irandam Ulagam, etc.

Some of the other Tamil films edited by Kola Bhaskar includes Oru Kalluriyin Kadhai, Kedi, Thalapathy Vijay's Pokkiri and Villu, Dhanush's Yaaradi Nee Mohini, 3, and Kutty, Bharath's Kanden Kadhalai, Gautham Karthik's Vai Raja Vai, and more.
