'Superstar' Rajinikanth is celebrating his 73rd birthday today, Tuesday, December 12, and wishes are pouring in for the iconic Tamil actor from leading celebrities and fans across the country. The leading star, who is riding the wave after the sensational box office success of his Jailer released earlier this year, is being showered with love on social media from many of the people he has collaborated with over the years. Among those who were the first to extend their birthday wishes was Tamil cinema actor-politician 'Ulaganayagan' Kamal Haasan, who took to X to write to his long-time friend, "Happy birthday to my dear friend Superstar @rajinikanth. Two-time National Award-winning actor Dhanush once again shared his love for Tamil cinema's 'Superstar' in a short message on X writing, "Happy birthday Thalaiva  @rajinikanth  🙏🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️" (sic). 

'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander, an ardent fan of Rajinikanth, also expressed his fondness for Tamil cinema's 'Superstar' along with an AI artwork of Jailer. Having previously delivered hit songs and thunderous background scores in the actor's films Petta, Darbar (2020), and Jailer (2023), and currently working on the music in the tentatively titled Thalaivar 170 being directed by T.
