Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu is an upcoming Tamil action drama film directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, written by B. Jeyamohan and produced by Ishari K. Ganesh under the banner of Vels Film International. The film stars Silambarasan TR and Siddhi Idnani in leading roles with Raadhika Sarathkumar, Siddique, Neeraj Madhav and Aangelina Abraham in supporting roles with Isai Puyazh A. R. Rahman brought on board to compose the music for the film. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on 15 September 2022.

As the film is gearing up for its big theatrical release, the latest update from Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu is that Siddhi Idnani has now officially completed the dubbing for her portions in the upcoming flick. To officially announce that she has completed dubbing for her portions, Siddhi Idnani to her official Twitter handle. Sharing a photo of herself with director Gautham Menon, the actress also attached a caption along with it that read, "Andddd that’s a wrap for Paavai’s dubbing🤍 Thank you @menongautham sir for believing in me and letting me DUB for myself. Siddhi Idnani is a Mumbai-based actress, who has shot to fame for her graceful appearances in the Telugu movies Jamba Lakidi Pamba, Prema Katha Chithram 2, and Anukunnadi Okati Ayinadi Okati. She is currently working in the Harish Kalyan-starrer 'Nooru Kodi Vaanavil'. Not much has been revealed about Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, but from all we know, Radikaa will be playing the role of Simbu's mother in this rural action drama and will also feature Paava Kadhaigal fame Aangelina Abraham, Malayalam actor Neeraj Madhav among others in crucial roles. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Silambarasan TR will also be seen in Pathu Thala, for which he has already begun filming. He will also be starting in the film Corona Kumar, which will be directed by Gokul of Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara and Kaashmora fame and under Dr. Ishari K Ganesh's Vels Film International banner.
