MASSIVE: Salman Khan's Next To Be A Sequel Of This Blockbuster Film!
Salam Khan has been in the headlines lately for the wrong reason as fans accused him of being a part of the said Bollywood mafia which breads nepotism in the film industry. Nepotism became a nationwide debate following the demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Fans have been demanding justice for Sushant's death and various issues have been discussed ever since the tragic incident happened. Salman Khan was also dragged into the matter following some accusation of the fans. Everything about the case has now been left at the hands of CBI and investigations are under process.
On the other side, the film industry has been resting under the shed as theatres are closed and shootings are cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. And now as a major joy for Salman fans, an exciting announcement has been made about the star's next big project. Salman Khan will be wearing the iconic mask as the Devil again as he is set to star in the sequel of the 2014 blockbuster film Kick.
Director Sajid Nadiadwala, who directed the first part will be directing the sequel as well. It is also revealed that the alluring actress Jacqueline Fernandez will star alongside Salman Khan in the sequel. The announcement was made as a birthday gift for the actress, who turned 35 on Tuesday (August 11th). Notably, Jacqueline Fernandez played Salman Khan's love interest in Kick, which also starred Randeep Hooda, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Mithun Chakraborty and Archana Puran Singh. As of now, Jacqueline Fernandez has been retained for the sequel and the rest of the cast is expected to be revealed soon. Kick 2 is expected to hit the theatres on Eid 2021.

Notably, Kick was the official remake of the 2009 Telugu film of the same name which starred Ravi Teja and Ileana D'Cruz in the lead roles. Following the success of the Telugu version, the movie was also remade in Tamil under the title Thillalangadi starring Jayam Ravi and Tamannaah in 2010.
Salman Khan has his hands full with some exciting projects Radhe and Tiger 3 after which the actor will start shooting for Kick 2. Recently, Salman Khan was also seen shooting the teaser for the 14th season of the television reality show Bigg Boss.
