Leading actress Raashi Khanna charmed her way into fans’ hearts across South India and has starred alongside top names in the entertainment industry since her entry. Having made her Tamil debut in 2018 in Nayanthara's action thriller Imaikkaa Nodigal opposite Atharvaa, Raashi has since been seen in films like Jayam Ravi's Adanga Maru, Vishal's Ayogya, including 'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi's Sangathamizhan

Raashi will be having a busy a 2021 as she also has in her lineup Tamil films such as director Sundar C's Aranmanai 3, the Jiiva and Arjun starrer Methavi, Siddharth's dark comedy Shaitan Ka Bachcha and Tughlaq Durbar, which will see her joining Vijay Sethupathi on the big screen for the second time. Last seen in Vijay Deverakonda's World Famous Lover, the popular actress has gone on to become one of the most sought-after names in the Telugu film industry and has now landed two back-to-back big projects - one each in Malayalam and Hindi. 

First up, Raashi Khanna has been announced to be cast in the Malayalam remake of the blockbuster Hindi film, Andhadhun. To be directed by cinematographer turned filmmaker Ravi K. Chandran and edited by Sreekar Prasad, the Andhadhun Malayalam remake will star Prithviraj Sukumaran reprising Ayushmann Khurrana's character, with Raashi cast in the role portrayed by Radhika Apte. It is to be noted that Andhadhun is also being remade in Tamil under the title Andhagan, which will see Prashanth in the lead role, with Simran reprising Tabu’s role from the original under Ponmagal Vandhal fame JJ Fredrick's direction. Likewise, Andhadhun is also being made in Telugu, with Nithiin as the blind pianist, followed by Nabha Natesh playing Radhika Apte’s role and Tamannaah portraying Tabu's character in the film. 

Likewise, Raashi Khanna has now also been announced to be making her digital debut for an original OTT series to be directed by Raj and DK of The Family Man fame. Raashi will be sharing screen space opposite leading Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor on the show, with the actress sharing a selfie on her social media page. Taking to his Instagram Stories feature, Shahid posted the selfie and wrote, "Welcome on board and thanks for letting me be part of your selfie. I feel blessed". He also shared another picture of himself and the directors Raj & DK with the caption, "It’s taking off. These bad boys got a hard vibe and a dark plan", hinting that their project would be a gritty one.
