Reigning actress Nayantara denied reports doing the rounds that she would do the remake of The Dirty Picture in Tamil and Telugu.
Reports earlier said that the original Hindi producer Ekta Kapoor herself is remaking the film in Tamil and Telugu and asked Nayantara to act in two versions. She is believed to have asked the actress even to put on extra weight for the role.
Talking to media, Nayantara said that she personally loved Dirty Picture, but was not comfortable doing the remake in South. When asked whether she demanded a huge remuneration, Nayantara said that no one has approached her in the first place.
