The much-awaited Lust Stories 2 trailer has been released by Netflix and dives right into the heart of the anthology showing Neena Gupta comparing the human body to Mount Fuji and how lust erupts like a volcano. However, we see her son and daughter-in-law questioning her comparison when she proposes that her granddaughter played by Mrunal Thakur sleep with Angad Bedi, her prospective husband, in the name of a "test drive". Towards the end of the Lust Stories 2 trailer, we see Neena's character query Mrunal, "Did Mount Fuji erupt?", leaving her surprised and feeling embarrassed.
The Lust Stories 2 trailer also depicts a few other stories starting with Kajol, who has a strong suspicion about her husband played by Kumud Mishra, and how he is lusting over their maid. Sporting a de-glam look for her middle-class role, Kajol reveals to Kumud that their house help has been replaced much to his displeasure. We next see Vijay Varma coming back to meet Tamannaah Bhatia 10 years after their relationship ended by sneaking into her house. When Vijay tries to get close to Tamannaah, she pushes his advances back saying she will not go through with it since he is married. In the last story in the Lust Stories 2 trailer, we see Tillotama Shome's character witnessing her housemaid played by Amruta Subhash sleeping with a delivery person on her bed while informing her friend about what had happened over a phone call. The scene then moves to an argument between her, the house help and the employer about who is more filthy in their actions.
Each of the segments in Lust Stories 2 has been directed by Amit Sharma, Konkona Sen Sharma, R. Balki, Sujoy Ghosh. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala's RSVP Movies and Ashi Dua's Flying Unicorn Entertainment, it is not quite clear which filmmaker has directed the segments in the anthology, which will premiere on Netflix on June 29.
