The first look poster of Pencil was unveiled recently. Now, reports claim that the makers are planning to start shooting this flick on an auspicious day - December 12, which is also special for being the birthday of Superstar Rajinikanth. The film also stars Sri Divya (of Varuthapadatha Vaalibar Sangam fame). Directed by Mani Nagaraj, a former associate of Gautham Menon, Pencil has it's story set in the backdrop of a school!
