Fans will be looking to hear from Vikram once again soon as many are waiting to witness him in action in Thangalaan, which is a period film set during the pre-Independence era. The next leg of filming was set to resume once again this week and Vikram's co-star in the highly-anticipated film, Malavika Mohanan, yesterday announced that she too was getting ready to join the shooting. Being produced under the Studio Green and Neelam Productions banners, Thangalaan is being helmed by acclaimed filmmaker Pa. Ranjith and also stars Parvathy Thiruvothu, Pasupathy, English actor Daniel Caltagirone, among others, and features music composed by National Award winner G. V. Prakash Kumar. Vikram also awaits the release of Dhruva Natchathiram directed by Gautham Menon, which is expected to come out in theatres this year.
