Popular Tamil actor and Bigg Boss Tamil season 1 winner Arav Nafeez and his wife Raheei welcomed their second child, a baby girl, on Sunday, October 8. The couple shared the joyous news on social media along with a picture of themselves and their two-year-old son looking happily together at their newborn daughter. Posting the photo on Instagram, Arav expressed his happiness along with Raahei at the arrival of their second child, while thanking everyone for their blessings as they embark on life's new journey. He wrote, "🎀👶 Our hearts are bursting with happiness as we introduce our precious little princess to the world! She has already filled our lives with giggles and endless cuddles. Our family feels complete, and we're embracing every moment with overwhelming joy. Arav, who became a household name across Tamil after being adjudged as Bigg Boss Tamil 1 winner in 2017, tied the knot with Raahei in September 2020 and were blessed with their first child, a son, born in November 2021. While Arav has gone on to garner a fan following over the years, Raahei is awaiting the release of Gautham Vasudev Menon’s long-delayed film, Joshua: Imai Pol Kaakha, which has her playing the female lead opposite Varun of Puppy fame. Congratulatory messages are pouring in for Arav and Rahei on the announcement of the birth of their second child from their well-wishers in the Tamil film fraternity. Actress Ramya Pandian commented, "Congratulations Aarav 🤗", while Nisha Ganesh wrote, "Loads and loads of love to all 4 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ God bless 🧿".
On the work front, Arav, who was last seen as the antagonist in Udhayanidhi Stalin's Kalaga Thalaivan (2022), is currently busy working on an untitled project opposite Ramya Pandian being directed by Ganesh Vinayakan of Thaen (2021) fame. He is also awaiting the release of Meendum Vaa Arugil Vaa, which features him sharing screen space with Sarpatta Parambarai's Santhosh Prathap. There have also been reports of late stating that Arav has been cast in a key role in Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar's VidaaMuyarchi being directed by Magizh Thirumeni and an official announcement in that regard is yet to be made.
