Popular Bengali television stars Ipsita Mukherjee and Arnab Banerjee tied the knot in an intimate ceremony recently. The couple has revealed that it was a registry wedding, with fans and their celebrity friends as well expressing their joy and sending in their congratulatory messages. Among the notable few from the Bengali entertainment fraternity to convey their wishes include actors Gourab Chatterjee, Suchandra Banerjee, Debadrita Basu and Mishmee Das.
Both Ipsita and Arnab shared photos from the wedding ceremony on social media, with the actress looking gorgeous in a saree, which she complimented with gold jewelry and ornaments, while Arnab looked quite handsome in a traditional kurta. The couple first got introduced to each other while working on the popular Bengali TV show, Alo Chhaya, and became good friends in quick time. They took their relationship to the next level and began dating after which they decided to get settled down.
On the work front, Ipsita began her acting career at a young age and has since appeared on several popular television shows. She is at present starring in a pivotal role on Dhulokona alongside the popular lead pair Indrasish Roy and Manali Manisha Dey. On the other hand, Arnab, who is known for his performance on the show Sreemoyee, is currently playing the lead in the serial Alta Phoring, which was launched sometime back.
