Malayalam television actor and host Anoop Krishnan tied the knot with his long-term girlfriend Dr. Aishwarya Nair on the morning of Sunday (January 23). The couple got married in a traditional Hindi wedding ceremony at the Guruvayoor temple in the presence of family members and close friends in line with the COVID 19 protocols. While Anoop was seen at his elegant best, Aishwarya looked gorgeous in a traditional Kerala saree. Posting the video of the 'Thaali' tying ritual from the wedding, Anoop wrote on Instagram, ''Wedding Day, The Day." Below is the video:
Anoop has also posted a series of romantic pictures of himself with Aishwarya from the gala wedding, including a video that shows the candid makeup session and his former Bigg Boss contestants joining in on the celebrations. He captioned the video, "Sharing our happiness and love …Thank you for celebrating with us on our wedding day," with fellow Bigg Boss contestants Manikuttan, Rithu Manthra, Sandhya Manoj also seen with big smiles. Anoop and Aishwarya got engaged last year, with the actor revealing on Bigg Boss Malayalam 3 that he called her by the name Isha, which became quite popular among the Malayali-speaking people.
On the work front, Anoop Krishnan became a household name across Kerala and the Malayali audience for playing the character Kalyan in the serial, Seetha Kalyanam. Post his stint on Bigg Boss Malayalam, he made his debut as a television host on the celebrity music show Start Music, with Suchithra Nair as his co-anchor. Anoop has also made appearances in Mammootty starrers Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus and Praise the Lord, including films like Njan Samvidhanam Cheyyum, Sarvopari Palakkaran, Ennaalum Sarath..?, Contessa, while also playing the lead in Ishti and Amma Marathanalil.
