Atharvaa and director Sam Anton are all set to join hands once again for a new action drama. This untitled film marks their second collaboration after 100, in which Atharvaa was seen in the role of a police officer. The film had received a good response from the family audience. The duo is now all set to entertain the fans once again with a new untitled movie which is in the pre production stages. This film will be bankrolled by Prateek Chakraborty and Shruthi Nallappa under the banner of Pramod Films, who are known for producing Prabhu Deva’s Lakshmi and the recently released Madhavan - Shraddha Srinath starrer Maara.

The production company has funded over 40 Hindi movies and are now in a pursuit to make it big in Tamil cinema as well. The new film will be an out and out action-thriller with a father-son emotional bonding as the central theme. Apparently, Atharvaa Murali is undergoing special training for the stunts as there are many intense action sequences in the film. The makers have roped in Ghibran to compose music for the film and knowing his strength in background music, the addition looks solid. Krishnan Vasanth is handling the cinematography for the film, while the editing will be taken care of by Ruben.

The film will supposedly deal with the web-based crime (DARK WEB) angle and it is said to be the core backdrop. Interestingly, the film will also have more importance for humour. Details regarding the rest of the cast and crew are expected to be announced in the coming months. Atharvaa is currently awaiting the release of two of his movies - Thalli Pogathey and Kuruthi Aattam.

Talking about Thalli Pogathey, it is the Tamil remake of Nani - Nivetha Thomas starrer Ninnu Kori and the remake is helmed by director R Kannan of Jeyam Kondaan and Ivan Thanthiran fame. The other film is Kuruthi Aattam which is directed by Sri Ganesh who made an impressive debut with 8 Thottakkal. The teaser of Kuruthi Aattam which released a few weeks before, opened to a very positive reception from the film buffs. Kuruthi Aattam is touted to be an intense action drama with a solid content. With two contrasting films ready for release, Atharvaa will now be all geared up to start shooting for his untitled next with director Sam Anton.
