Ajith Kumar's Thunivu shooting has wrapped up and the leading Tamil actor's new look is now taking social media by storm. The actor has shaved off the beard he had been sporting during the course of the production of the upcoming film, which is set to open in cinemas worldwide for Pongal in January 2023. Ajith is seen posing for photographs, which have been shared by celebrity hair stylist, and show the actor rocking his stylish beard, including one after getting it shaved. The actor has made a complete change to his look after his role in Thunivu demanded him to have a beard. 

Posting the before and after looks of Ajith on Instagram, Dev wrote, "Absolutely in top of the world to have styled for Ajith sir in Thunivu movie. Heartfelt gratitude to him for the opportunity. From creating a style trend with the white beard to clean shave look for Ajith sir today, it’s a delightful and lifetime memorable experience for me. It’s a wrap for Thunivu shoot today and kudos to the entire team and looking forward like every fan to see the Thunivu magnificence on the silver screen." Thunivu is produced by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP in association with the Zee Studios banner and H. Vinoth has directed the film, which will have music by Ghibran, with the first single titled 'Chilla Chilla' expected to be released in the days ahead. Touted to be an action thriller, the upcoming film will see Ajith Kumar sharing screen space with Manju Warrier of Asuran fame as the lead pair, while Samuthirakani, Bigg Boss fame Amir, Pavni Reddy, and Ciby Bhuvana Chandran among others will be seen appearing in key roles. Thunivu is getting ready for a massive Tamil Nadu release after Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies recently acquired the theatrical rights for the film.  Whether Ajith will adopt the clean-shaven look for his AK 62 with director Vignesh Shivan remains seen and it looks like the actor's fans are raring to go and witness him first in Thunivu.
