Vikram and Gautham Menon have begun their high-octane action thriller Dhruva Natchathiram in Chennai. Now the latest is that actress Anu Emanuel has opted out of the project due to date clash. She is likely to be replaced by Pellichoopalu girl Ritu Varma.
From the teaser, which has gone viral for its sleek making style, it is evident that Vikram (John) will be a CIA agent, working for K. Then the antagonist Darkman, held K in captivity forcing John to come back to Delhi. There are reports that the Iru Mugan actor will also appear in a younger look in the flashback portions. A spy thriller produced jointly by Ondraga Entertainment and Escape Artists Pictures, the film will be released August this year.
