Vijay Antony’s Kodiyil Oruvan directed by Metro fame Ananda Krishnan released in theatres on September 17 and has been receiving largely positive reviews from fans and critics, who have praised the film’s screenplay and performances. The film has the composer-turned-actor in an all new out-and-out action avatar and shows him playing the role of an IAS aspirant, whose ambitions are thwarted by anti-social elements, after which he enters politics and takes them on. Vijay Antony is cast opposite Meesaya Murukku heroine Aathmika as the female lead, while KGF fame Ramachandra Raju, Prabhakar, and others are cast in pivotal roles.

As Kodiyil Oruvan continues to run successfully in theatres and the audience’s word of mouth on social media is still pouring on the positive side, promotions continue to be carried out extensively. Produced by TD Rajha and DR Sanjay Kumar’s Chendur Film International banner and featuring music by Nivas K Prasanna, the makers have now released yet another deleted scene from the film, which teases a lot of boiling tension between Vijay Antony and a few other individuals.

The Kodiyil Oruvan eleted scene shows Vijay Antony being pushed to the limits and getting angry after a few anti-social elements try to provoke him. However, Aathmika steps into the scene at the right moment and informs him to do the wise thing and walk away from what could be an unnecessary conflict. This Kodiyil Oruvandeleted scene teases plenty of mass getting built up and makes us wonder how it could have been fit into the film. Outside of acting in the lead role, Vijay Antony has also worked as the editor in the film and has done a pretty neat job.
