Speaking to the reporters and hundreds of fans gathered to celebrate his birthday on Wednesday, popular villain-turned-hero Sri Hari, fondly called Real Star, revealed that he would enter politics in 2014.
Known for his philanthropic activities under Akshara Foundation, found in memory of his late daughter Akshara, the actor said that he decided to enter politics to serve the people better.
It is noteworthy that the actor was close to late Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy and YSR even encouraged him to join Congress during 2099 elections. When asked which political party he would join, the actor said that he would choose a party that is closer to the people.
